Our Big Yes supports multiple events on one wedding site. Whether you have a traditional wedding on Friday, a white wedding on Saturday, and a send-off brunch on Sunday, each event gets its own date, time, venue, and RSVP options.
Adding your first event
Create an event

Open the Events section
Go to Edit site and select Events from the sidebar. Click Add event.

Fill in the event details
Enter the following for each event:
- Event name: e.g. "White Wedding", "Traditional Wedding", "Pre-Wedding Dinner"
- Date and time: the start date and time of the event
- Venue name: e.g. "Hout Bay Manor" or "The family home, Soweto"
- Venue address: the full address shown on your site so guests can navigate
- Description: optional extra details for guests (dress code, what to bring)

Save the event
Click Save event. It will appear on your wedding site in the Events section, listed in date order.
Multiple events
Click Add event again to add more occasions. Each event is listed separately on your site and appears as a separate RSVP option when you enable RSVP. Guests can be invited to all events or only specific ones.
RSVP per event
When RSVP is enabled, each event is tracked separately. You can invite different guests to different events and see attendance counts for each. See Setting up RSVP for details.Note
You need at least one event on your site before publishing. Events also power the RSVP system, so adding them early lets you set up your guest list sooner.
